23/04/07 - Under 8's Reach Final of Cup
After victory in the Semi-finals, the Northowram Under 8 Juniors have reach the final of the Calderdale Soccer Group Shield Final, which is to be played again at The Shay Stadium on Sunday 29 April. Their opponents this year will be Beacon Rangers, who will provide a stern test. The kick off for the match is at 11:00am and all supporters are welcome to attend. All Spectators are in the Skircoat Road Stand, which is accessible from the Hunger Hill entrance.

02/04/07 - Committee Update
Mrs Elaine Hey, Treasurer has informed the Committee that she will be standing down from her position at the end of the season. We would like to thank Elaine for the work done and the implementation of procedures to make the club more efficient.
Anyone who would be interested in undertaking the Treasurer role within the Club should contact the Chairman, Ivan Davies.
01/03/07 - Child Protection Update
As part of a National implementation, NJFC are ensuring that all Coaches, Managers and Referees have a current CRB Certificate. Anyone who does not either have a current Certificate or their Certificate lapses within the next six months, please contact the Child Protection Officer to arrange for an updated one to be obtained.
27/05/06 - NJFC Award Charter Standard Development
The Committee of Northowram Junior football Club are pleased to announce that we have achieved The FA Charter Standard Development Award.
Congratulations to all those who have helped to achieve this coverted award and to our Partnering Schools and clubs for their support.
Northowram Junior Football Team becomes one of only 29 Junior or Senior Clubs within the West Riding and only 160 to achieve this Standard nationally.
15/05/06 - Signing On Nights
Yes.. we realise this season hasn't finished yet but its time to get you signed on for 2006/07 season!
In order to gain admission into next years football leagues we have to determine numbers of players and teams to enter.
Signing on nights this year will be at the Shoulder of Mutton, Northowram on:
Monday 15th May for U6 to U8
Tuesday 16th May for U9 upwards
On both nights it will be between
6.30pm and 8.00pm.
It is important that your child is registered on these evenings only as
individuals signing afterward is very time consuming for Managers and
others who have to submit this paperwork to the Football Leagues.
There may also be restrictions on the number of players we can register in certain ages so please sign on the night to avoid disappointment.
Membership fees will be £80 for U7 – U18 and £40 for non league teams.
Membership packs will be available
via your Manager prior to signing on night or can be collected at Presentation
Day.
24/10/05 - West Yorkshire Football Academy Training
As part of the Club's continued commitment to improving the quality of training received by each player, a Football Training Course took place for the Under 7's-9's on Monday 24 October and 10's-12's on the Tuesday 25 October. This training day was run by the West Yorkshire Football Academy as part of the partnering relationship between them and Northowram Junior Football Club.
