NJFC Policies & Procedures

Since the very beginning, Northowram Junior FC has been committed to adopting and adhering to the FA's best practice guidance so everyone can participate in youth football in a safe, secure and friendly environment.

Our club proactively reviews and manages our obligations to our members and our policies and procedures are applied vigorously and continuously. Every incident is treated seriously and all related issues are dealt with promptly and effectively, with remediation being implemented club-wide where required.

Our policies and procedures create the foundation for how the club is run and how we expect our members to conduct themselves on and off the pitch. They also provide a structured framework for how we measure ourselves and how we address issues that may arise during club associated activities.
