Nortowram Juniors wins keep on coming!!

This week saw northowram juniors take on the colts which proved to be a good encounter. It was a lot tighter game than the score line suggested the colts really gave the juniors a tough game, it came down to the juniors been much more composed in front of goal. The colts deserve credit for there performance today they were top drawer.

The Game started off very scrappy both teams not giving each other any time on the ball. As the game got into the swing of it it started to be more open with plenty of attacks from both sides.
It was the Juniors that drew first blood with a clinical finish from Max Eastwood.
This seem to dent the colts confidence a little as the juniors got 2 more goals in quick succession from Marshall And Cormac.
Northowram juniors carried on the offensive with some good wing play by Leo Austin which resulted in him firing in a great strike into the top right corner.
The little blond magician Toby Barraclough was in top form this week bagging himself a hat trick with all 3 goals of top quality. The colts were attacking well themselves but our back line remained strong with an instrumental performance from Mathew Benn showing perfect timing in his challenges. The colts managed to grab a good worked goal, doing what no other team has managed for the last 3 games.

This was a good game of football from both teams in a tough contest. well done to both teams.
