Northowram edge Tod sports in thrilling game!!

The game got underway with both teams starting brightly with some good possession from either team. Both Northowram and Tod Sports where matching each other all the way.
Northowram forced a corner with some great link up play down the wing by Marshall and Toby. Leo swung in the corner which was met by the sweetest of volleys by Cormac 1-0 Northowram.
Cormac was soon on the score sheet again with some great team play. Tod sports never let the goals get to them n kept there composure making it 2-1 with a great top corner goal.
Northowram was piling on the pressure towards half time which lead to goal number 3, calmly slotted home by Toby Barraclough.
Tod Sports started the second half the better team and soon grabbed another goal for there efforts with another top finish. At 3-2 the game looked like it could go either way as both teams looked like they could grab a goal. Leo scored for Northowram late on to settle the nerves, 4-2 is how the game ended. It was an evenly matched game of football which was great to watch. Top game boys and a hard fought victory well done.
